About Us
Universal World Construction, is a Precast Specialty Company that has been in service for over 30 years, we have and are currently working with one of the Biggest Builders in South Florida for over 20+ years (Lennar Homes-SE Division).
Over the years that we have been the Precast Specialty Subcontractor for Lennar Homes, they have in some communities switched to the PRECAST FLOOR SYSTEM because of the quality, price, speed and commitment we offer, in addition we can also precast your balconies, catwalks and cantilevers, which will also save time and money and you no longer have to shore it for months until it cures.
